  • Draw two diameters AOB and COD perpendicular to each other.
  • Taking OA and OB as base and A and B as vertices respectively, draw YY and XX perpendicular to OA and OB respectively.
  • Taking OC and OD as base and C and D as vertices respectively, draw SS and PP perpendicular to OC and OD respectively.
XX,YY,SS and PP are the required tangents.
