Taking $OA,OB,OC$ and $OD$ as base and $A,B,C$ and $D$ as vertices respectively, draw perpendiculars to $OA,OB,OC$ and $OD$.

Perpendiculars of $OA$ and $OB$ meets at point $Q$.

Perpendiculars od $OC$ and $OD$ meets at point $P$.
