Current (I)=(1±0.1)V
As we know,
R0=V0I0=41=4Ω
Percentage Error in resistance is given by,
ΔRR×100=(ΔVV+ΔII)×100ΔRR×100=(0.254+0.11.0)×100=0.1625×100ΔRR%=16.25%

R=4Ω+16.25%
