$\Rightarrow$ Let $x$ be the total population

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{Numberofunemployedstudent}{Totalnumberofstudent}=\frac{Numberofunemployedstudent\%}{Totalnumberofstudent\%}$

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{14000}{x}=\frac{20}{100}$

$\therefore$ $x=70000$

$\therefore$ Population of city is $70000$
