Let the no. of persons in the city be 100

Then we have,
n(A)=42,n(B)=51,n(C)=68;

n(AB)=30,n(BC)=28,n(AC)=36

n(ABC)=1008=92

n(ABC)=n(A)+n(B)+n(C)n(AB)n(BC)n(AC)+n(ABC)

Substituding the above values, we have

92=42+51+68302836+n(ABC)

n(ABC)=92161+94

n(ABC)=9267=25

Therefore the number of people reading all the three news papers are

25 people in given 100 people so it is 25%
