The correct option is B

Fraction of children with pens = 110
Fraction of children with pencils = 45
Fraction of children having either a pen or a pencil = 110+4x25
=1+810=910
Fraction of children who neither have a pen nor a pencil
=1910=110
Since 10 is a multiple of 5, 10 is the LCM for 5 and 10.
