$\frac{11}{15}$

$\frac{1}{6}$ of total are girls.

Rest are boys so boys $=1-\frac{1}{6}=\frac{5}{6}$

$\frac{3}{5}$ of girls are absent means $\frac{3}{8}$ of $\frac{1}{6}$ of total student are absent which is equal to $\frac{3}{5}\times \frac{1}{6}=\frac{1}{10}$

$\frac{1}{5}$ of boys are absent means $\frac{1}{5}$ of $\frac{5}{6}$ of total student are absent which is equal to $\frac{1}{5}\times \frac{5}{6}=\frac{1}{6}$

Total student that are absent are $\frac{1}{10}+\frac{1}{6}$

Remaining will present $=1-(\frac{1}{10}+\frac{1}{6})=1-\frac{4}{15}=\frac{11}{15}$
