The correct option is B $55$ %
total $= 100$

n(M=maths) $= 45$

85 % of 45 $= \frac{85}{100} \times 45 = 38$

n(M and Bio) $= 38$

$n (M \cup B) = n (M) + n (B) - n (M \cap B)$

$100 = 45 + n (B) - 38$

$n (B) = 93$

N(bio only) $= 93 - 38 = 55$
