Number of students follow all three games (A∩B∩C) = 3

From Venn diagram we know,

n(A∪B∪C) = ∑ (A) - ∑ n(A∩B) + n(A∩B∩C)

58 = n(A) + n(B) + n(C) - ∑ n(A∩B) + 3

58 = 20 + 38 + 15 - ∑n(A∩B) + 3

∑n(A∩B) = 76 - 58 = 18

n(A∩B) + n(B∩C) + n(C∩A) = 18

So, number of students following exactly two of three games

∑n(A∩B) = 18
