Let $x$ students play both Kabhaddi and Khokho.

Hence as shown in the Venn diagram $(45-x)$ students play only Kabaddi and $(52-x)$ will play Khokho.

Hence $(45-x)+x+(52-x)=70$

$\Rightarrow x=70-45-52=27$

Hence $(45-27)=18$ students will play only Kabaddi, $(52-27)=25$ students will play only Khokho

$\therefore 27$ students will play both
