$=\frac{20}{100}\times 90=18$

Each teacher gets $40$% of total no. of students$=40$% of $90$

$=36$

Each teacher gets $36$ sweets

Total sweets=(No. of students $\times 18$)+ (No. of teachers $\times 36$)

$=90\times 18+10\times 36$

$=1980$
