Frequency of first harmonic in closed pipe, $ν_{c} = \frac{v}{4 L} = 300 H Z$ -----(1)

Frequency of third overtone in closed pipe, $7 ν_{c} = \frac{7 v}{4 L}$
So, from (1)

$7 ν_{c} = \frac{7 v}{4 L} = 7 (\frac{v}{4 L}) = 7 \times 300 H z = 2100 H z$
