% of people receiving full fee waiver $= \frac{7.5}{100} \times 56 + \frac{10}{100} \times 44 = 8.6 %$
Now, 8.6%=172 students
$\Rightarrow$ No.of students in college $= \frac{172}{8.6} \times 100 = 2000$
No. students receiving concession $= \frac{2000 - 172}{2} = 914$
