The correct option is C 20%
We know that,

1st January is Monday and 10th January is Wednesday.

So, we have in total 10 days and only 2 non-working days i.e. 6th January (Saturday) and 7th January (Sunday) in these 10 days.

Hence , the percentage of non-working days =210×100=20%
