In a company out of total strength of 600 employees 15% are men and rest are women. If 30%of men and 10%womens are south Indian find the total number and percentage of South Indian employees in the company.

Solution

Number of men = 15% of 600=90

women = 600-90=510
Now number of south indian women = 10% of 510=51

And men = 30% of 90 =27

Total number = 51+27=78
Percentage of south indian = 78/600*100= 13% answer
