(iii) Facilitating coordination in action: Employees are not working together in coordination leading to disloyalty and improper behaviour with each other.

(iv) Decision-making: The Company does not take decisions towards making adjustments or improvements.

(v) Improving employee motivation: The Company does not monitor, supervise and motivate their employees towards meeting organisational goals.
