$\overrightarrow{I}=\overrightarrow{F}.dt$

$=\frac{md\overrightarrow{v}}{dt}.dt$

$\overrightarrow{I}=md\overrightarrow{v}$

So impulse can also be seen as mass $\times$ change in velocity

u = 126 km/hr

= -35 m/s

v = +35 m/s

m = 1 kg

I = m(v-u)
