In a ΔABC, the measure of an A is 40 less than the measure of B and C is 50 more than that of A. Find the measure of A.

According to the question,
Measure of A=B40
Measure of C=A+50=(B40)+50
We know that, the sum of all three angles in a triangle is equal to 180
i.e. A+B+C=180
(B40)+B+(B40+50)=1803B30=1803B=210B=2103=70
So, the measure of A=7040=30
