Here, the resistance will remain unchanged. Therefore, the ratio $\frac{I_{1}}{I_{2}}$ is equal to $\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}}$ .
So, $\frac{I_{1}}{I_{2}} = \frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}} = \frac{400 Volt}{200 Volt} = 2$
