If there is no deviation then we have,
2×(μy,11)×A1+3×(μy,21)×A2=0
2(1.6321)6o+3(1.5541)A=0

The net dispersion can be written as
2(μv,1μr,1)A+3(μv,2μr,2)A
=2ω1(μy,11)A+3ω2(μy,21)A
=[2×0.37×(1.6321)×6]+[3×0.23×(1.5541)×(4.56)]
