Power consumption of 5 fans in 12 hours $=12hours\times 0.350kW=4.20units$
Total power consumption $=(6+4.20)units$ $=10.20units$
Cost of 1 unit = Rs. 2
Total expenditure $=Rs(10.20\times 2)$ = Rs. 20.40
