Given data:

Percentage of workers like oranges = 70%

Percentage of workers like apples = 64%

Let the percentage of workers like both oranges and apples be x% n(A∪B) = n(A) + n(B)- n(A∩B)

When the intersection is minimum, then, the value of n(A∩B) is maximum.
From a percentage point of view, the maximum value of n(A∩B) is 100.

Thus,
100 = 70 +64 - n(A∩B)

n(A∩B) = 34%

Percentage of workers likes both the fruits = 34%.
