Total number of heads = $50+45+8=103+x$

Total number of feet = $(50\times 2)+(45\times 4)+(8\times 4)+(2\times x)$

Total number of feet = $(100+180+32+2x)$ = $(312+2x)$

$(312+2x)$$=$$(224+103+x)$

$x=15$

Hence, Option D is correct.
