Perimeter of the shaded region=Perimeter of bigger semi-circle+2(Perimeter of smaller semi-circle)
$= π D + 2 (π d)$
$= \frac{22}{7} \times 14 + 2 (\frac{22}{7} \times 7)$
$= 44 + 2 \times 22$
$= 44 + 44$
$= 88 c m$
