Moles of ${C O}_{2}, H_{2}$ $H e$ respectively $2, 1, 2$
mole percentage of ${C O}_{2} = \frac{2}{2 + 1 + 2} = \frac{2}{5} = 0.4 \times 100 = 40$ %
$∴$ Mole percentage of ${C O}_{2}$ is $40$ %
