Given,
Mass of spacecraft without fuel =10 kg
Mass of fuel in the spacecraft =20 kg
Exhaust velocity of the fuel vr=0.1 km/s

Speed gained by the spacecraft is given by
v=ugt+vrln(m0m)
Here, initial velocity u=0
g=0 (because gravity is absent)
m0= Initial total mass of the space craft =30 kg
and when the whole fuel is exhausted, mass of the space craft (m)=10 kg

v=0.1×103ln(3010)109 m/s
