The total power of the 3 bulbs = $P = 25 \times 3 = 75 W$
or $P = \frac{75}{1000} = 0.075 k W$
Energy consumed for 1 day = $P \times t$
Given, t = 5 hrs
$P = 0.075 \times 5 = 0.375 k W h$
Energy consumed in 31 days = $0.375 \times 31 = 11.625 k W h$
Cost of 1 unit = Rs. 2.50
Cost of 11.625 unit = $11.625 \times 2.50$ = Rs 29.0625.
