In a house there is 48 litres of drinking water to fill bottles of equal volume. Each bottle has 1.2 litres of volume . Then find the number of bottles it can fill.

Total litres of drinking water = 48 litres

Volume of each bottle = 1.2 litres

Number of bottles it can fill = 48 $\div$ 1.2= 480 $\div$ 12=40 litres
