Accuracy by definition is the agreement of a particular value to the true value of the result in any measurement. If the average value of different measurements is close to the true value, the measurement is said to be accurate. In simpler terms we can say that a measurement is said to be accurate if it is as close to real value as possible.

Precision by definition is the closeness of various measurements for the same quantity. If the average of different measurements is close to each other and hence closes to their actual value, the measurement is said to be accurate. In simple words we can say that the measurement is precise when the outputs we get in multiple repetition of an experiment are close to each other. But, they need not be close to the actual value.
