The correct option is A C3, 3V
Given: C1=C2=C3=C

These three capacitors are connected in series for the input voltage of V volt.
The equivalent capacitance of the series combination is,

1Ceq=1C1+1C2+1C3

i.e. 1Ceq=1C+1C+1C

Therefore, 1Ceq=3C

So, Ceq=C3

Now, the required breakdown voltage,

V=QmaxCeq=CVC/3=3V

Option (a) is the correct answer.
