The correct option is D L4,L1
Let the focal length of the objective lens and eye piece be fo and fe respectively.
Magnifying power of telescope, M=fofe
4=fofe fo=4fe..........(1)

Length of the telescope, L=fo+fe

10=fo+fe

10=4fe+fe ......... using (1)

10=5fefe=2 cm

fo=4×2=8 cm

Thus, the objective lens and eye lens must be L4 and L1 respectively.
