Solution

Each day, the first 10 households generate 8 kg of plastic waste.

The next 15 households generate 0.8 kg of plastic waste each in each day.
Total waste generated in each day by these households =0.8×15=12 kg

The last 10 households generate 10 kg of plastic waste.

Total plastic generated =8+12+10=30 kg

Each bin can hold 2 kg of plastic.
Total number of bins in the van =5
In one turn, the van can carry 2 kg×5=10 kg of plastic.

To collect total of 30kg plastic, the van needs to return 30 kg10 kg=3 times.
