The correct option is A 1.57
$R_{3} = 10 Ω$ , C = 0.5 mF,
$R_{1} = 320 Ω$ and $R_{2} = 20 Ω$

By using balance conditions,

$R_{4} = \frac{R_{2} R_{1}}{R_{3}} = \frac{20 \times 320}{10} = 640 Ω$

$L_{4} = R_{2} R_{1} C = 320 \times 20 \times \frac{1}{2} \times 10^{- 3} = 3.2 H$

$Q = \frac{ω L_{4}}{R_{4}} = \frac{2 π f L_{4}}{R_{4}} = \frac{2 π \times 50 \times .3 .2}{640} = 1.57$
