The correct option is D 83m
Let the equation of the semi elliptical arc be x2a2+y2b2=1(y>0)
Length of the major axis =2a=9a=92
Length of the semi minor axis =b=3
So the equation of the arc become 4x281+y29=1
If x=2, then y2=659y=1365=83 approximately.
