In a newspaper, first two and last two pages are connected, then $3,4$ and forth last and third last pages and soon. Hence, $1,2,27,28$ are connected, so on $3,4,25,26$, we notice even term appears on $2$nd term in sets, hence $10$ would occur with $9$ in the $(1,3,5,7,9)$ $5^{th}$ sets, from last, $5^{th}$ set would be $(28,26,24,22,20)$. Hence set of missing pages is $(9,10,19,20)$.
