In a parallelogram 2 sides has length 8 cm and 4 , if its area is twice of its perimeter ,then find the height of the parallelogram.

The correct option is C 6 cm
According to condition
Area of parallelogram = 2× (perimeter of parallelogram)
Perimeter of parallelogram = 8+4+8+4= 24 cm
Since area is twice the perimeter , we have
Area = 2 × 24 = 48 cm2
Area of a parallelogram = Base x height
8× height = 48 cm2
Hence , Height = 6 cm
