Diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other.
Hence,
$OA=\frac{1}{2}AC$ and $OA=\frac{1}{2}AC$
It is given that $AC=12$cm and $BD=9$cm
So,
$OA=\frac{1}{2}AC=\frac{1}{2}\times 12=6$cm
And,
$OD=\frac{1}{2}BD=\frac{1}{2}\times 9=4.5$cm

Therefore, length of OA and OD is 6cm and 4.5cm respectively.
