The correct option is B

408 sq. m



In ΔABC,
base =AC=34m
height =BM=12m

Area of Δ=12×base×height
Area of ΔABC=12×34×12=204 m2
Similarly, the area of ΔADC=204 m2
Area of parallelogram = Area of ΔABC + Area of ΔADC
=(204+204)m2=408 m2
The area of the parallelogram is 408 m2.
