We know adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary,
So $∠ Q = 180 - 60 = 120^{\circ}$ .
And also the opposite angles are equal, so $∠ P = ∠ R = 60^{\circ}$ and
$∠ Q = ∠ S = 120^{\circ}$ .
