Given that,

Base$=5x$

Height$=2x$

The area of the paraelogram is $360m^2$

$\begin{array}{c}b\times h=360m\\ 5x\times 2x=360\\ 10x^2=360\end{array}$

$x^2=36$

$x=\pm \sqrt{36}$

$x=6$

Then,

We get base $=5\times 6=30m$

Height $=2\times 6=12m$
