In a parallelogram the base and height are is in the ratio of 5:2. If the area of the parallelogram is 360 m2, find its base and height.

Given that,
Base=5x
Height=2x
The area of the paraelogram is 360m2
b×h=360m5x×2x=36010x2=360
x2=36
x=±36
x=6
Then,
We get base =5×6=30m
Height =2×6=12m
