Diameter of Mohr's circle, d = 2r

$r=\sqrt{{\left(\frac{{\epsilon }_x-{\epsilon }_y}{2}\right)}^2+{\left(\frac{{\varphi }_{xy}}{2}\right)}^2}$

For ${\epsilon }_x={\epsilon }_y=0.r=\frac{{\varphi }_{xy}}{2}$

$\therefore d={\varphi }_{xy}=3\times {10}^{-6}$
