So, let $\angle A=x,\angle B=2x,\angle C=3x,\angle D=4x$

Therefore, by angle sum property of quadrilateral,

$x+2x+3x+4x=360$

$10x=360$

$x={36}^o$

Hence,

$\angle A={36}^o,\angle B={72}^o,\angle C={108}^o,\angle D={144}^o$.
