Dividend = Divisor × Quotient + Remainder
If 4 times the divisor is added to the dividend then
Dividend + 4 × divisor = Divisor × Quotient + 4 × Divisor + Remainder
= Divisor × (Quotient + 4) + Remainder
Remainder remains unchanged
