The correct option is C Power factor of the circuit is 513
V2R+V2L=10000 ....(i)
VLVC = 120 ....(ii)
V2R+(VLVC)2=(130)2=16900 ....(iii)
On solving
VR= 50 V, VL=86.6 V, VC=206.6 V
and cos(ϕ)=VRV = 50130 = 513
As Vc>VL, circuit is capacitive in nature.
