In a reaction, A + B Product, the rate is doubled when the concentration of B is doubled. and rate increases by a factor of 8 when the concentrations of both the reactants (A and B) are doubled, then what is the rate of the reaction?

When the conc of B is doubled, the rate is doubled. So, Order wrt [B] is 1
When the conc of both reactants are doubled, rate becomes 8 times. So, Order wrt [A] is 2.
