Initialy level of water at open end was

at 16 cm depth

The first resonance will be when

wavelength ( λ ) will be λ4

Therefore λ4=16λ=64

Second resonance will be at 3λ4

let level of water is lcm depth

3λ4=l

3(64)4=l

l=48 cm
