Jeevan is seventh from the start i.e. there are 6 boys before him.
He is eleventh from the end i.e. there are ten boys after him.
Total no of boys in his line = 6+10+1=17 boys
Vikas is tenth from the start i.e. there are 9 boys before him
He is twelfth from the end i.e. there are 11 boys after him.
Total no. of boys in his line=9+1+11=21 boys
Total no of boys in both the line=21+17=38 boys
Answer is Option D
