The correct option is C Seventh
Ravi is fourth from right and Shyam is second from left.
If they'll interchange their position, Ravi is ninth from right.
And also Ravi is now second from left.
So, there are total 10 children.
Now Shyam is fourth from right, so he'll be seventh from left.
Hence, option C is correct.
