Pallav is 21${}^{st}$ from right and Rana is 10${}^{th}$ to the left of Pallav.
So, Rana is 31${}^{st}$ from right.
Mohit is 4${}^{th}$ to the right of Rana.
So, Mohit is 27${}^{th}$ from the right.
Also, Mohit is 17${}^{th}$ from the left.

Therefore number of students in the row = (26+1+16) = 43
