Ih=25x
x = total current
Ih,Ie = current due to holes and electrons respectively.
Ve=2.5Vh
Now, we know I=nVe
n = number density
v = drift speed
e = charge on electron = charge on hole
So, n=IVe
nenh=Ie×VhVe×Ih=3x×Vh×55×2.5Vh×2x
=35×52×1025
nenh=35.
